We support questions about Hive Forces mobile apps and https://www.hiveforces.com. That includes sign-in issues, bugs, feature questions, billing through Google Play or the App Store, and account or data requests covered in our Privacy Policy.

Please include:
- the app name (for example Flowbit, Audibly, or BiteLog);
- your device model and OS version;
- app version, if shown in settings or the store listing;
- a short description of what happened and steps to reproduce the issue;
- screenshots or screen recordings, if they help explain the problem.
Store purchases and refunds
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. For refund or billing disputes, use the store’s support flow first. We can help with app-specific issues once you contact us with your order details from the receipt email.
Before you write
- Update the app and your device OS to the latest versions.
- Restart the app or your device if something stopped working suddenly.
- Check whether the issue appears on Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
